Summer Ya Ya, 3y to 8y
Welcome to Summer Ya Ya!
The Summer Ya Ya program will be a mixture of multiple age-group classrooms. The independent children will participate in fun and engaging activities designed to challenge and stimulate their curiosity for learning new things with thematic topics. Many of the hands-on activities are designed around these themes to create experiential learning and build their creative confidence.
The program meets Monday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each summer session is a two-week period with a special one-week session in mid-August. Please scroll down to see all the summer session dates.
The tentative schedule for the children will be morning lessons and activities around the thematic topic study then lunch with peers and teachers; quiet time for approximately 20-30 minutes (children have the time to go to the library or simply rest their body); and outdoor time to play and/or explore.
