❓What is the Bao Bao Singalong Punch Card?
The Bao Bao Singalong Punch Card is a prepaid class package that lets you attend Bao Bao Singalong on the dates that work best for your family. Simply reserve your class in advance and use one punch for each class you attend. Your punch card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 
 
🎟️ How many punches are included?
Choose between:
10-class card – $487 
20-class card – $925 (save 5%)
30-class card – $1286 (save 12%)
 
👩‍👧Can I use the same card for siblings or friends?
No. Each child has to have their own punch card.
Each sibling gets a 10% discount.
 
🗓️ How do I book classes?
After purchasing your punch card, simply email us at yaya@yayapreschool.org to reserve your class dates. Since class size is limited to 8 children, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
 
🚪Can I just show up?
Yes, however:
Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are first come, first served. 
If class reaches capacity (8 students), we are unable to accommodate more children.
Booking in advance is highly recommended.
 
❌ What if I miss a class?
Save your punch by canceling 24+ hours in advance.
Late cancellation or no-show counts as one punch used. We are unable to offer make-up classes.
 
📅 When does my punch card expire?
Your punch card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused classes expire after one year and cannot be carried over or refunded.
 
📌What is the return policy?
The punch card is non-transferable and non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer make-ups or carry-overs.
 
💬 How do I check my balance?

🤒 What if my child is sick?
Please keep them home! Cancel 24+ hours in advance to save your punch.
