❓What is the Bao Bao Singalong Punch Card?
The Bao Bao Singalong Punch Card gives your child flexible access to Bao Bao Singalong classes during the 2025–2026 school year. Click here for the class calendar.
 
🎟️ How many punches are included?
Choose between:
10-class card – $487 
20-class card – $925 (save 5%)
30-class card – $1286 (save 12%)
 
👩‍👧Can I use the same card for siblings or friends?
No. Each child has to have their own punch card.
Each sibling gets a 10% discount.
 
🗓️ How do I book classes?
Once you purchase your punch card, you may email us at yaya@yayapreschool.org to book your classes.
Booking in advance is highly recommended. 
 
🚪Can I just show up?
Yes, however:
Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are first come, first served. 
If class reaches capacity (8 students), we are unable to accommodate more children.

❌ What if I miss a class?
Save your punch by canceling 24+ hours in advance.
Late cancellation or no-show counts as one punch used. We are unable to offer make-up classes.
 
📅 When does my punch card expire?
All classes must be used by August 7, 2026. No carry-over.
 
📌What is the return policy?
The punch card is non-transferable and non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer make-ups or carry-overs.
 
💬 How do I check my balance?

🤒 What if my child is sick?
Please keep them home! Cancel 24+ hours in advance to save your punch.
