A 45-minute Mandarin & Music class by our sister program Mandarin Seeds, a well-known children’s Mandarin program in Tribeca for more than a decade since 2008. 
 
This is a grownup & me class, designed for babies and toddlers from birth up to age 2 to participate together with their grownups in class. The musical curriculum is integrated with original thematic Mandarin songs produced by Mandarin Seeds, covering age-appropriate and fun topics loved by the children. The teacher will sing and teach in Mandarin only, replicating an experience of being in a music class in a Mandarin-speaking country.  
 
Sing and learn together with your child! When the grownup shows enthusiasm in participation, it will deepen the bonding between the grownup and the child and inspire the child that active participation in class is a joy!
 
Families will receive a digital link to all the songs taught in the semester. All our teachers are native Mandarin speakers who have completed the intensive training and certification program by Mandarin Seeds.

A caretaker is required to stay with the child in the class and supervise the child at all times.

Please be mindful. Only attending the class when both the grownup and the child are 100% healthy without any symptoms.

We will provide sanitizer on site for anyone to use.
Make-up classes will be offered at Ya Ya Preschool location only. Due to very limited scheduling, we are not able to guarantee a make-up class. We will do our best to schedule a make-up class based on availability and a make-up class must also be scheduled before the end of the current session.

Any sibling older than 6 months old must sign up for a spot to attend the class. Babies under 6 months old may attend the class for free with a registered sibling.

If you are registering more than one child for the same session, please email yaya@yayapreschool.org to request a 10% sibling discount code.
Your child’s class experience will create many great photo opportunities that we would like your permission to capture and use. By registering, I consent to the use and disclosure of the image, name, and the taking of photographs, recordings, and videos of my child by Ya Ya Preschool. I grant Ya Ya Preschool the right to disclose, edit, use, and reuse my child's image, name, and the taking of photographs, recordings, and videos.This includes use in print, on broadcasts, in online spaces (such website and social media accounts and those of the press), and all other forms of media. I also release Ya Ya Preschool, its agents, and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the rights granted above.

If you wish to opt out of your child’s inclusion in photographs and other media, please contact our team.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged for all withdrawals.

Last date to request a refund is Mar 30, 2024. Each class is limited only to 8 spots, please understand that we have a strict NO REFUND policy after the deadline.

After Mar 30, 2024, the tuition is non-refundable nor transferable.
